Baby it’s cold outside!
So
plan to join us
Saturday,
January 22, for PVBMDC’s Winter Warm-Up
11AM
– 3PM
at the Catoctin Kennel Club in Point of Rocks, Maryland.
Bring your Berners and a brown bag lunch with beverage and the club will serve up hot homemade soup and dessert.

We will start at 11 AM with lunch and socializing, followed by a meeting. If enough members attend to make up a quorum, we can have an official meeting – so please try to make room on your calendar for this event and show your support for your club.
·
Sandy
Novocin will be giving classes on conformation handling. The first class will
begin at 1:00PM and will be for beginners who have done a little showing.
The second session, starting around 1:45PM, will be a run-through for
those with more experience and who plan to show at our Specialty in February.
If you want to attend either of the conformation sessions, be sure to
sign up when you arrive at the building to assure your place. Remember to
bring a show lead or some type of choker collar and a short lead that is no
wider than ½ inch.
·
Carol
Lingley will set up a Rally Obedience course and coach those interested in
learning more about this increasingly popular activity starting at 1PM.
·
For
those who prefer armchair activities, there will be videos on the BMD breed
standard and the OFA production on hip dysplasia.
In case of bad weather, consult
the PVBMDC website for cancellation information: http://www.pvbmdc.org/What's_New.htm
