Entry Fees - $10 for the first photo, $5.00 for each additional. Make checks payable to PVBMDC.

Entries must be postmarked by February 16, 2007. Send entry fees and photos to Joel Mazelis, 2161 Marymont Road, Silver Spring, MD 20906.

Photos must be 8 X 10 and glued to black or white photo mats. Please no mounting on poster board or foam cord or framing around the picture.

Include your name, phone number and entry category on the back of the photo.

You can have your photos professionally mounted by including a $1 donation per photo. Email your Picture to greeve1@earthlink.net by February 16, 2007. Please mail entry and mounting fees to the address above.

Photos will be returned after 1:00 PM on February 25, 2007
